A Riddle

A sportsman, his horse, and his dog are found motionless and presumed dead. The man is half crushed by the horse, who, flat on the ground, seems to be mid-rear, though that is not the man's cause of death. Nearby is a pile of money adding up to $514, deeds to varying properties, and plans to build on these properties, as well as the local TV guide listing the programs for November the 27 of 2008, Thanksgiving Day. The cause of death is not immediately evident. No poisons, tools indicating suicide or murder, or evidence of heart attack are anywhere to be found.
The following papers were found nearby:

The top three floral pictures were part of a sketchbook, nearby which were found some calligraphy markers of a sort, plain #2 pencils, and a black ink pen. The papers, when scanned, were darkened so as to be able to be read, but not altered in any other way.

There are some blatant mathematical errors in the lists of numbers. It is unknown what 'FP' means, or why 10% is given to this mysterious 'FP.'
It is known that two brothers named Parker are involved in the case.
However, the two people finding the man, horse, and dog know exactly why they remain inert. No investigation is carried out, the Parker brothers are not charged, and neither the community nor individuals mourn the three. Why?

Try to solve the riddle; it's blatantly obvious. Good luck!

Postus Scriptus: Ignore the dates and signatures on the sketches, I did them myself some time ago and they seemed to fit the riddle.
